We recommend you have a stable internet or data connection when connecting to our doctors via web-based video call, and are in a well lit area, so the emergency specialist can view you and/or the patient.

Our lines are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls will be answered within minutes, at any time of the day or night.
